If you are interested in attending this event, please be guided by the eligibility and closing date by the organizers.
Application form must be filled up neatly and details must be provided whenever applicable.
Full payment must be made 1 month before departure.
Please attach a recent passport size color photo and a copy of your passport particulars.
Please ensure your passport have a validity period of at least half a year prior to date of departure.
Application for Contingent Leader
Leaders who are Woodbadge Holders can apply to be the Contingent Leader for international jamboree. You can write in to the International Commissioner, Mr Tan Cheng Kiong at hq@scout.org.sg and cc: faith.toh@scout.org.sgbefore the closing date. You are required to hand in your application form and other relevant documents/testimonials to support your application to the Relations Executive before the closing date..
For Organiser/Leader who organize international camps for their scout unit
Organizers are required to fill in International Overseas Scout Event Form and submit to HQ, one month prior departure date.
